Our Story.

DriverSeek was created from real industry experience and a simple belief that there should be a better way for drivers and businesses to connect.

After spending years working across transport, mining and civil operations, I experienced firsthand the challenges faced by both sides of the hiring process. Drivers often spend countless hours searching through job boards, social media groups and recruitment websites for the right opportunity. At the same time, businesses across many industries are constantly searching for reliable, qualified drivers.

What became clear was that while there are plenty of job websites available, very few are built specifically for driving roles. On general platforms, driving jobs can get lost among thousands of unrelated listings, making it harder for drivers and employers to find each other.

DriverSeek was created to change that.

Rather than building another general job board, the vision was to create a dedicated platform focused entirely on driving opportunities. A place where drivers can showcase their experience, licences, qualifications and work history, and where businesses can connect with the right people.

Whether you're looking for delivery, passenger, courier, fleet, transport, heavy-vehicle or owner-driver work—or hiring for one of those roles—DriverSeek provides a platform designed specifically for Australia's driving workforce.

Our goal is simple: make it easier for drivers to find opportunities and easier for businesses to find drivers.

Drivers can create profiles, upload their CVs, highlight their experience and express interest in opportunities that suit their skills and lifestyle. Businesses can post jobs, review driver profiles, receive expressions of interest and connect with suitable candidates.

DriverSeek is more than just a job board. It's a growing network designed to bring together drivers, local businesses, fleet operators, logistics providers, mining companies, civil contractors and recruitment professionals in one dedicated space.

Everything about DriverSeek is built around one community and one purpose: helping Australia's drivers and employers connect.

Welcome to DriverSeek — built for drivers and businesses across Australia.
